HONOURABLE AGBOOLA DABIRI – SPECIAL ADVISER

The Special Adviser to the State Governor on Central Business Districts is HONOURABLE AGBOOLA DABIRI.
A Lagosian to the core, Agboola Dabiri was born in Lagos Island to the Dabiri family many years ago.
As a young boy, Agboola attended the popular K. Kotun Memorial School, Surulere, Lagos for his Primary School Education to obtain the First School Leaving Certificate. He later left for Government College, Lagos at Eric Moore, Surulere for his Secondary Education. After about 6 years in School, he sat for and passed the West African School Examination Council (WAEC) in flying colours.
Given his commitment to his studies and much to the admiration of his colleagues and teachers, the intelligent and well endowed young man, became the Assembly Prefect at the Lagos Government College, Eric Moore, Surulere.
Still in search of sound education, Dabiri left Lagos for Edo State to continue his tertiary education. He enrolled/got admission at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma to study Business Administration and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree four years after.
After the mandatory National Youth Service Programme, the University graduate young man moved on for his Masters Programme (MBA) still in the same course at the same University.
Agboola Dabiri ventured into politics at an early age and has spent as many as 30 years. He was at one time the Chairman of Surulere Local Government Council and Chairman, Lagos State Sports Council where he held sway for years and performing satisfactorily to merit his current appointment as the Special Adviser.
A seasoned politician, Agboola has seen it all in politics. He has contributed his quotas to the service of the state in no small measure and still ready to do more for the growth and development of not only the state but also the country at large
